Position Summary:
This position supports the RF Ablation generator research and development group. The individual will perform engineering projects as directed by senior engineers / project leader. Projects may include: running test plans, analyzing data, writing reports, troubleshooting RF generator systems and/or printed circuit boards.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Perform basic engineering analysis & activities as directed by staff engineers.
•Operate test equipment (oscilloscope, etc.) and computers.
•Utilize Excel/VisualBasic /Studio.net language to automate data analysis.
•Perform engineering tests and write test reports as directed by staff.
•Responsible for quality control. Make recommendations/adjustments as necessary to produce test standards within specifications.
•Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
•Order necessary supplies needed to complete assignments.
•Write and prepare DCR, prototypes and specification sheets/reports

Qualifications requirements:
•Minimum - Bachelors of Electrical Engineering or Masters degree.
This is normally acquired through a bachelor degree or equivalent work related experience.
•Pluses: Medical device experience, Radio Frequency(RF), Design Of Experiments (DOE)
•Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
•Must posses excellent writing skills
•Worked in a design environment

Preferences:
Medical Device design experience, including ISO and FDA requirements.
Experience with planning and executing complex projects.
