Employers plan “lowest” increase in a decade next year: 2.5%

Ouch…nothing like adding insult to injury! Hay Group reports that the median increase that employees will receive next year will be 2.5% - that’s the lowest in a decade and “comes to a “real” increase of 0.7 percent after factoring in the consumer price index forecast of 1.8 percent for 2010.” Just what we needed…
